Why is menstruation sex a no-no for billing companies?
Bedsides the usual "that's gross" response, I am curious why this is a problem.
A woman's period is natural, not forced, and every woman does it until they go through menopause. It is not violent, sex did not cause them to bleed, it is a natural part of a woman's life. Pissing & shitting are not welcome, and that is natural, but it is not natural to have your face or body pissed or pooed on, so I can understand that when it comes to sex. 20 man creampie anal gangbangs are not natural, nor is Bukkake content. But they are legal. So why is a period bad? I am confused. |
Blood, my friend.

Same reason someone can put their foot up some girls hooch but if they use four fingers and a thumb it becomes a no no. I.E. Powers that be says so.

Even better, you can take TWO HANDS and insert 8 of the fingers into the asshole or pussy of a model. As long as you don't add the thumbs it's not fisting. However, even though 8 fingers is OK... if you stick in just one hand with all 5 fingers, you're fucked. I don't get it. |
Quite simply, blood. No matter how natural the monthly cycle is, blood is just not very acceptable, at least not as "front of the site" content. Some of the VOD sites has a bit of it, but they certainly don't advertise it and don't usually class it in a way that it is easy to find.
It also comes down to the same reason why scat isn't permitted either. While it is natural (nothing is more natural than shit, we all do it, even models!), it is just not acceptable. From a totally personal standpoint, I also think that from a purely business standpoint, it comes down to what is sexy and what isn't. farting, shitting, peeing, and menstruation are all natural things, but I don't find them the least bit sexy and I suspect that 95% of the general population don't get off on them either. So I have never seen a valid business reason to fight the powers that be to get those things accepted, because that is a ton of work to address a very small and narrow market. |
Well actually that is not hygienic. It's gross:)
|
Blood freaks 'em out, I guess.

Only about 1% of menstruation is actually blood. The rest is cervical lining. Jeez billing companies can't handle the lining of ones uterus? I find it way less gross than cumming in a girls eye.
|
they cant afford barf bags for the billers to review the sites.. :)

coming soon . rrred's "red zone" cervical lining dispensing site :winkwink: it is a funny area though , like seriously i wonder if any of the reviewers have to go through counselling after lol.. |
Does anyone still bill those sites ?
|
Besides the barf bag explanation, it might be that most men know they can?t impregnate the women while she is menstruating thus a total taboo.
Funny most women in child-bearing years (not on birth-control and not wanting a baby) enjoy fucking during their cycle. :upsidedow |
actually bukkakes arent that legal either, a video store got busted for bukkake videos.

But to me, it is LESS offensive than some of the other shit they process for. Men do not have to cum. We can hold our shit, hold our piss and can go someplace else to do them. But when a woman starts her period, there is nothing she can do. I think its the most natural thing, still don't get why it's a no-no. Quote:
Oh well, when we live in a day and age where you can hang a man on TV and the country cheers it on, but when a nipple comes out during a football game and turns the world upside down, I really can't be surprised. |

All non-sex act fluids (including urine, fecal matter, and blood) are just not on that accepted list, at least not at this point. Is it "fair"? Nope. But then again, what in life is truly fair? There are a few people out there running sites like this (or want to) but they are running them without a financial profit motive. It will be for them to figure out the legalities of the content when and if anyone ever decides to make a case out of them. In the meantime, the creditcard companies have drawn a few lines in the sad that, while they seem a bit arbitrary and odd, represent porn as most people would see it... and that apparently includes fishhooks and double anal. Nobody is stopping you from running a monthly cycle site... but good luck finding a way to generate income with it :) |
LOL, im fine with it being banned.
|
Well, I guess it is not a problem in Europe http://www.menstrualporn.com
:Oh crap :upsidedow :error :helpme |
While it does suck that they have an issue with it (not necassarily the act itself, but the idea that it is a no-no) at least they are starting to say "you can't do this" and make it more black and white about what can and can't be done. It's much better than the whole "I know obscenity when I see it" deal.
With strictly definied boundaries (whether they make sense to us or not), we'd know exactly what we can and can't do. It would make it a lot easier and probably save on a lot of legal bills too. |
