What do you value?
What do you value in a businesspartner, or in business overall?
Yes, I'm bored. Entertain me. :winkwink: |
All of the above... but money to begin with would be last on my list.

Some people are strangely drawn to money.
There's plenty of options lacking, but I forgot to add more than 4. :) |
Honesty: Good trait and definitely a plus but everyone has (and everyone needs) a little dishonesty every now and then...
Hard working: It's easy to work hard. Working hard doesn't always translate into making money though. Some people work their asses off at plans that just aren't ever going to do it for them. Wasted effort a lot of times unfortunately. Money to begin with: Hey that helps but it really depends on where they got that money and if they know how to convert it into more. Which leads to... The best choice... Talent: Someone who has the talent to be honest when called for (dealing with internal affairs and client\partner issues), the talent to be vague when called for (dealing with competitors), the talent to work hard but know when to switch gears if the work isn't paying off, and the talent to take any amount of money to start off and use their own latent talent to turn it into a goldmine. In my book talent clearly rules the day. Jak |

Hard working people are NOT a dime a dozen. So this is one of my most desired qualities in a partner. You forgot motivation and personality... if my partner isn't motivated to make some serious bank and be willing to put forth the work, they can go elsewhere. As far as personality goes, I do NOT want to be working with a psycho. You never know, some day they might get pissed at you and delete your hard drive. Hey, it happens! |
