Still no check this week from CCBill

Thank you CCBill your decision NOT to implement direct deposit costs US all money.

I guess when you have a monopoly you can be smug about these kinds of things

nico-t 01-06-2007 10:19 AM

i think it must be the holiday season, i got a check from 2 weeks ago almost exactly a week later on the 30th of dec. The date on the check was perfectly on time, they just got massive delays in the post right now apparently

the alchemist 01-06-2007 10:20 AM

I got one yesterday, it was only a few days late for me...

mikesouth 01-06-2007 10:26 AM

its because of the delay in mail mail didnt run mon or tues so checks didnt go out till wed....BUT my point is if they did direct deposit....it would have been in my account Wed AM

Of course that means they cant work the float....

DirtyDanza 01-06-2007 10:36 AM

they do wires I get em every monday..... in fact never missed one wire to me... thanks ccbill for being top notch...

DirtyDanza 01-06-2007 10:38 AM

in fact I don;t know what billing company besides ach that does direct deposet.. there all wires.. cost 30 bucks.... if your to cheap to spend the 30 bucks to get your wire then your in the wrong industry and you have to wait for a check...

spacedog 01-06-2007 10:39 AM

I'm still waiting for payments from 12/03/2006

RealityWife 01-06-2007 10:39 AM

Why not get your pay wired? I got that and I got my check from another account on time.

selena 01-06-2007 10:42 AM

I've gotten all my CCBill checks on time through the holidays.

hope theres a way you can check all the checks in ccbill that was been sent and been cashed/deposit by affiliates.. have had problem with these checks one sponsors cancelled the check then just sent me epass although the check arrived here days ago that sucks cos it has FEE! :Oh crap

Nookster 01-06-2007 10:56 AM

I got one yesterday as well. The mail has been a bit sluggish lately though.

CCBillJames 01-06-2007 11:33 AM

mikesouth - The option to accept payments by wire is always available to all of our clients and affiliates. I know this is not the same as a direct deposit, but it will ensure that you receive your payments quicker.

tenderobject - There is a report within the CCBill admin which will allow you to view your check information. It will not display if the check has been cashed, however, you will be able to see which checks have been sent from CCBill along with their amounts.

spacedog - If you would like to contact us, we would be happy to check on that payment information.

BVF 01-06-2007 12:43 PM

I've been getting wires for a year now....I couldn't take the pain of seeing my checks come late...It was getting worse year after year...It went from clockwork in 2001-2002, a couple late in 2003, to even more coming late in 2004, to a 50/50 chance of it coming late in 2005...

Its very fucked up they say they are strong on taking care of the customer but cant offer direct deposit. As fucked up as ibill was they offered it. We wont even talk about the colossal balls to charge for the stamp to send the check. lol.

mikesouth 01-06-2007 01:41 PM

I did not because it is a postal error & not due to anything on CCBill's part.
I am just waiting to see what happens prior to contacting CCbill. However, I am contacting you about something else.
Thanks :thumbsup

you have started 10 threads about this, for whatever reason, they told you they are not going to offer it anytime soon, why do you keep bitching about it?

if you dont like them, dont use them and use a different billing company who offers direct deposit, or start your own billing company

they dont tell you how to run your business, if you dont like how they do it, go elsewhere

as their customer who gives them a percentage of the gross. I think its his right to say whatever he wants. THey should answer why they wont do this.

its obvious why they wont do it, they have the money for a few more days while its in the mail, we are talking about tens of millions of dollars here

your asking them to make a change that will make them lose money, they apparently told him they were not going to do it. its like me saying, hey mike, you dont pay your bukkake models enough, they are worth more than $300 a shoot, you should pay them $500, he says no, then i start 10 gfy threads about this

i dont tell anyone how to run their business, i run my own, you talk with your decisions, you dont like how they do things, use somebody else

its not the same,Mike pays them money every month he has a right to speak. Its not like he is picking some company at random and telling them what to do. I had a problem with something washington mutual was doing I wrote how I was good customer. They changed it for me. If you have something that your customers want, you should take care of them. The whole go somewhere else is a cop out.

webmasterchecks 01-06-2007 02:20 PM

tony404, you and i are not going to see eye to eye on this, as well as many many other business issues. but i still think your a really nice guy :)

I don't think I have ever seen you post anything positive.. "Negative Nancy"..

Geez, you are always bitching and moaning, ARE you getting your money? I am sure you are, if you can't float a few days then I think you need to do something else, you have been in this business long enough to know how it is.

By the way I like the "how much you pay your models" comment.

I got all of my checks on time. The only delay was over Christmas and it was in my box on Wednesday which is a day after it usually is (Tuesday) and that was because the post was not delivering on Boxing Day.

SleazyDream 01-06-2007 03:32 PM

postal service slows during x-mas

After Shock Media 01-06-2007 03:39 PM

When did CCbill become a monopoly?
I swore there are other third party billers and that people could still get thier own merchant account.

Sosa 01-06-2007 04:46 PM

I got a check today from CCBILL

BVF 01-06-2007 04:56 PM

you can also write off the wire fees on your taxes

mikesouth 01-06-2007 05:35 PM

I am CCBills customer I have EVERY right to hoild their feet to the fire on this and out of almost 1000 posts its true there no would you hit posts...but theres plenty that are both positive and helpful

if you dont lik what i have to say....killfile me

wyldblyss 01-06-2007 05:42 PM

I think we all have ideas of what is *late* and maybe with me living in Canada I am more patient with checks. I get checks from CCBill either on Mon, Tues, or Wed like clockwork. Late to me is if it comes the following Monday.

I'm not here to tell anyone how to run their lives, but if your check from CCBill arriving one day later in your mailbox is a tragedy on a regular basis, then I would suggest better budget control. Have extram money in your accounts so you can live as normal for at least a couple of weeks without having to touch investments or savings accounts

Rochard 01-06-2007 06:08 PM

CCBill has never been late for me.

People in our industry fail to understand the accounting nightmare that goes on behind the scenes. It's easy for affilites to say "You owe me money send it now" but yet fail to grasp that forms have to be filled out and money needs to be accounted for.

Just out of curiosity, does a guy in a CCBill uniform deliver your check or does someone in a USPS deliver it? If it is USPS, then sorry dear, it is probably the USPS that is to blame. If you can't afford the $30 for a wire, then maybe get a part-time job to give yourself a regular income so that you can last an extra day if the post office delivers your check a day late.

Same here. :2 cents:

Pinacolada 01-06-2007 07:17 PM

It's a usual hoax

Big_Red 01-06-2007 07:22 PM

CCbill rocks. Carry on...... :thumbsup

Hunter_ST 01-06-2007 07:32 PM

check was just one day late for me, mike.

direct deposit would be a great convenience, though, that they should consider offering.

King Adam 01-06-2007 07:35 PM

My checks are coming in. No problems.

But I do agree that a direct deposit would be a good call.

30 bucks for ccbill to wire, plus 20 for me to accept a US wire in my account.

So 50 bucks a weeks.
I dont know about you but I could sure as fuck find something better to spend 2600 bucks a year on then getting MY money to me.

Even getting them just every month its still 600 bucks that I would rather not pay the bank.

Stop being so fucking stupid already.

It costs an extra $1,200 a year to get wires from CCBill. You have the CCBill wire fee plus the one your bank charges :( I cant imagine anyone needing their money that badly that you would do this.

BTW, I got my check on Friday also.

uno 01-07-2007 12:16 AM

I just got a checck today, but DD is a must.

Luscious Media 01-07-2007 12:20 AM

Mine were a few days late over the holidays...nothing to bitch about though...it's more than understandable.

bizarredollars 01-07-2007 01:09 AM

I can honestly say I have never had a late payment from CCBill... I was paid by check for years, and only switched to wires about 2 years ago... I have had no problems with either... and support is top notch :)

NaughtyRob 01-07-2007 01:26 AM

I got my wire on time and my checks on Friday (instead of Wed) due to New Years and Pres Ford. All is good with ccbill. They pay like clockwork.

DirtyDanza 01-07-2007 01:36 AM

OK I have been in the adult industry for 7 years now... and one thing I notice and say is everyone here throws their dick around.... so to be bitching over 30 dollar wire fee is retarded... and if your bank charges your 20 bucks to recive the wire maybe it's time to bank with a new bank.. a bank that cares about it's customers like usbank www.usbank.com I personally would rather have money than no money... remember as shitty as ibill was they had direct deposet.. now they are no longer... so if I gotta give 30 bucks to keep a great company around... so be it... and much better than checks... checks to me are play money... real money comes in wires.... I travel so getting a check every week is pointless because when I need the money it's in my PO BOX waiting... so wires are the way to go... all my billers wire directly to my business account.. which in most cases if you recive enough and send enough there free.. or if you pay a monthly fee there free... so do the math... if you want to risk a large check in the mail then by all means risk it and stop the fucking tea party and quit crying.... if you want your money on mondays then cough up the 30 bucks... ccbill is a company they have no obligation to tell you why they don't offer direct deposet.. thats their polocy... deal with it... why ask why.. who cares they have an alternitive it's called a wire....

TCAP 01-07-2007 03:42 AM

Got my check Saturday instead of the normal Wed - Thurs due to USPS holidays.
