CCBill webmasters. Do you allow Affiliates from blocked countries?
 

I was wondering how many CCBill webmasters have the blocked countries enabled.

"Allow Blocked Countries
When enabled, CCBill will allow you to receive Affiliate Signups from all countries. When disabled, CCBill will disallow Affiliate Signups listed in the blocked or barred countries."

Do you allow or keep it turned off? Is it too much of a risk with bogus signups?

its best to keep it disabled, IMO. we do.

I accept affilaites from anywhere... I don't judge people by their location. I do keep a closer eye on certain affiliates however.. But I am more concerned with refering urls than the location of the affiliate.

Scammer can be from any country,it doesnt matter where is located.

We allow all affiliates and have no problems with affiliates from "banned" countries.

What are these countries?
