I'm not an attorney, but to the best of my knowledge the only nude images of children which are patently illegal are sexualized images (kids in sexual situations, kids present while sex is going on, kids lasciviously displaying genitalia). Hell, if naked kids were porn in and of itself, where would that put all those nekkid cherubs on the cathedral ceilings?
Nudism is about family life and families include children.
I'm as opposed to kiddie porn as the next guy, but I find a lot of the harrumphing about KP (or CP, as you will have it) a bit humorous, as if they want to divert attention from themselves.
It's like all the women who seem so worried about anorexia, whereas it's rather obvious that for every woman who dies of anorexia, 1000 women will die of causes related to obesity.
A nudist family playing volleyball on the beach or baking cookies in the kitchen is not pornography per se, and if it's not pornography it isn't obscene, and it's obscenity which is illegal, not pornography.
