Best place for domains?

Where do you keep all your domains?

:)

fris 01-05-2007 08:47 AM

mostly namecheap, 8.88 per doman, 7.99 with the coupon code

cem 01-05-2007 08:48 AM

namecheap & godaddy.

polish_aristocrat 01-05-2007 08:49 AM

namecheap and dotster for better domains (dotster gave me a price similar to namecheap, by default they are two times more expensive )

namecheap interface is easier , but dotster seems more reliable since namecheap is just a reseller of Enom

CaptainHowdy 01-05-2007 08:51 AM

GoDaddy and Namecheap.

GooSearch 01-05-2007 08:53 AM

GD, enom, dotster

TurboAngel 01-05-2007 08:56 AM

Thanks for the list!

:)

testpie 01-05-2007 09:02 AM

NameCheap for me as well, and with the coupon "wcsspecial" you can most domain name for just $7.99.

martinsc 01-05-2007 09:12 AM

I use GoDaddy and NameCheap - Both registrars have different bennefits and perks. GoDaddy usually has the lowest price, but their search interface for domains is not Live. Which means if a name just dropped, GoDaddy from the customers side, wouldnt show it as available.

Moniker and NameCheap are 2 registrars that do have a Live System, so it may be available at those 2 registrars, but not GoDaddy. You can call GoDaddy if it is available and have them register it (from the customer service side, they are live) but of course, you have to spend a few minutes to call it in.

GoDaddy is Cheap but NameCheap and Moniker are live!

why, GFY Buy and Sell forum, of course :winkwink:

thagreek 01-05-2007 11:19 AM

Moniker all the way. Enom has took over my domains before and wouldn't let me transfer, finally I got it transfered to another registrar and then to moniker. Moniker is the best in my opinion.

DaddyHalbucks 01-05-2007 11:24 AM

Moniker is the best and I have tried most of them.

:)

I'm assuming you got a discount of some sort then? I'm only asking because i keep hearing good things about Moniker, but i feel that $9.95 per domain is a little steep when i can get them from NameCheap for $7.99.
