I already live pretty healthy but my resolution was to stop putting sugar in my morning coffee. So far so good.

I've stuck to mine...I have a few, but one was to exercise more and I picked it up a pace on New Years Eve when I partied (and exercised) like a frickin' Rock Star at the Rock-N-Roll Roller Skating Rink from 8pm to 3am. That's right...I seriously did...cause that's just how I roll. :1orglaugh
