Ask a good lawyer if using a logo MODELED on Harley-Davidson's bar- and-shield design will involve you in a legal nightmare.

Harley has a bounty on trademark infringers ... A surfer will turn you in.

At least show up in court with your lawyers written opinion that you can use the logo. HD might scale back their claims.

Great, I saw this post and was concerned for you. Nice site, wouldn't want you going thru unnecessary expensive lawsuits. One guy was sued for using the word "hog" ... also a HD registered trademark when referencing bikes.
