Those are junkies, and here's the deal: the one vomiting is brand new to heroin...the one in the hoodie crashing into the bench, unable to keep herself up, is really high and fairly new to junk, and the one trying to maintain some sort of order is the leader of that crew - she's the one who probably hooked the other two.
