Wordpress Themes and links

Looking for a designer to make me a custom theme for a mainstream wordpress blog.

Also seeking blog link-swaps to other pop-culture/political blogs

I've used them twice and haven't been too happy.

Check out DJSap on here - he built a blog theme from a static HTML template and did it fast, low cost and added a bunch of SEO tweaks as well.
