Broke my Newyears Resolution already

<tipsy post>

My resolution was a little vague.. but was basically to work harder, drink more in moderation, and not whilst at work..

Anyway, I hardly got any sleep last night, woke up just before 3am and got back to work on uploading content for new sites we are working on..

9am, I ran into town, bought some breakfast and a bottle of Jack which is now virtually empty, and I have already decided I am going to buy another and have a few beers later too..

Oh well, fuck it... At least I am sticking to the 'work harder' part of my resolution. That is the one thing I am absolutely sure I can stick to, I am dead focused on improving my businesses in 2007 and onwards.

Does anyone actually see their resolutions through?? I don't think I have heard of anyone who has quit smoking or drinking at new years, or joined a gym etc that has actually stuck with it.

I knew when I said it that I would fail to keep off the bottle while working... I really do get more work done this way (thank god I'm know a designer tho, that would be messy :) ) -- I just drink enough that I am not quite as anti social as normal.

Nah... I bought it at just after nine, was almost ten when I got home... did not crack into it until quite a bit later... it's 2.10pm here :)

If I had had a usual nights sleep, I would not have started so soon, but felt like I had not even been to bed.

It's not like I am smashed, or have been drinking it neat... Mixed with coke, and I ate a good breakfast ;)

It was almost 1 when I made this post... Back in the day, I would go the pub at 11 when they opened, and would have gone through far more by 1pm..
