I mean a site where programmers meet adult webmasters ;)

A friend and business parter just bought a super advanced freelance marketplace and I suggested to setup a adult freelancer marketplace where adult webmasters and freelancers (russian programmers á 10 USD per hour etc.) meet.

Webmasters submit their projects and programmers are able to bid on it.

I am expecting this has been done already but I couldn't find anything in Google so therefor my question.
