Getting traffic
 

When you first started, what did you do to get traffic? My site converts really well but it would convert even better if I got more traffic. I've submitted to TGP's although I've heard that's not too good. I will be buying traffic but other than that I'm relying on affiliates to send me traffic/hits. Is there any other way?

It's not about just "more traffic" chief. It's about getting quality, filtered, targeted traffic.

If you have quality traffic like that, you can make the same or more money on 2000 as you would 2 million. It's not just a numbers game anymore. It's about zeroing in on those who are looking for what you are selling, and will buy it.

Yes I know that. Most of my traffic I'm making a sale about every 10 clicks or so. However, I'd like to up my traffic to see if it also increases my sales. Not too many people are promoting me which should be good for affiliates, less saturation.

I couldn't start back then, I wasn't even 18. If I was, I probably would have started then. :)

As for the saturation, you're right, but it's saturated with the same people over and over and over again. There are very few sites I see that don't have the same people. Yes they sell, but there are others that sell as well, probably better because they're not all over the place, but just never get the chance.

If you're seeing a sale on every 10 clicks, then your traffic already way better than any traffic you could buy. Rather than wanting more, maybe you should just focus on milking it for all it's worth :2 cents:

Correct.

If you are converting 1 in 10/100/1000 then you are doing ok compared to MANY others out there. Some are throwing a ton of traffic, and not converting shit.

There are any number of reasons for it. But the fact is that if you are doing good. You might want to thank you lucky stars, and see what you are doing right. Just pounding traffic up your cornhole doesn't always means more conversions.
