I watched in New Years Eve. It was awesome. I thought he was finished with Hunt almost getting many arm submissions. I hope he fights Crocop again someday.

Most recently at a Jorge Gurgel affiliate school in Dayton, Oh, Walker Submission Kickboxing, although I made some infrequent treks to Jorge's main school in Middletown. I moved a few months ago and haven't had a chance to train much since. The area I'm currently in, outside of Wheeling, WV, doesn't offer many options. Eric Hibler has a school in Pittsburgh but it's a 45 minute to an hour drive.

The thing I really appreciate about Fedor is that he doesn't talk shit about opponents, never disrespects anyone and even wished Hunt good luck and a happy new year before the fight. I mean how nice of a person can you be and still take everyone down?

Did you see Jorge's fight against Jay Ireland in King of the Cage a few years back? That was a hell of an entertaining fight with both guys slugging the shit out of each other before Jorge tapped him with a guillotine in the third round. 145 would be a much better weight for him...155 is stacked and he'd have a tough go of it against a guy like Sean Sherk. |
