Question for the Photogs! CF or SD?
 

In your opinion, which is better?

And what are the reasons behind your choice?

Also, the issue about the propensity of the pins getting bent when using CF cards, does that really happen enough to be a huge issue? I understand the repair is expensive if that happens.

don't really care for SD cards . . to small to hold mostly and easy to lose . . have passed on buying cameras that force me to use them . . the top pro models all use CF

CF loads the image about 4X faster ....

I've heard that too. I've been researching this a bit on photography forums and I hear pros and cons for both. The speed and storage seem to be the 2 biggies when it comes to CF.

Only CF. Much faster plus if you are shooting in RAW use SanDisk EXTREME IV
