Ok that makes a little more sense.

Has anyone EVER accused someone of child molestation or brought up CP in any fashion*, and NOT gotten banned for it? Why would anyone think you could? Or do some people have the golden pass?

(*other than discussing it in terms of legality, prevention methods, etc)

I've never heard of anyone getting away with it...that's a horrible accusation and personally, I'd allow a death threat before that...especially with all the unnecessary *recent* heat the industry has taken with underage content.

All I know is the admin was fuckin on the ball. I mentioned it and he was banned in like 5 minutes. Kudos to the admin/mods on this one! :thumbsup

Not cool at all. You'd need serious proof before doing anything. And if someone did have proof then bring it to the cops, or your local chapter of the H.A..

How do you know when someone is or isn't a pedo?

You don't unless you have proof. And if you don't have it you can say that about someone. It's slanderous and cause for litigation or a jointlock. :2 cents:

Anyway, the thing that really gets me is that he got so pissed from that thread that he took time to write that. I'd never even said anything to him before. He overreacted bigtime.
