I have recently been thinking of hiring somebody to help me out PART TIME making my biz grow. I have always had an offline job (yes, porn is NOT the only thing I do), so I feel that I dont get to do all I want/need to. Lately I have been very busy building my new house, and I havent even had an internet connection for some weeks (Have now thank god). I have updated my membersarea, made new FHG's, and written newsletters, but that is almost about it! Yeah, and some gfy surfing :) I have 3-4 new paysites coming up, and I really just need someone to help me out with stuff.

So, what I need, is someone who can:

* Make and submit galleries/freesites
* Build and run tgp's + trading traffic (from 2-5 tgp's)
* Tgp's are using JMBSoft AutoGallery SQL
* Increase the number of active affiliate partners
* My sites run on sitedepth, so beeing familiar with that would be good.
* Some design
* Speak/write good english
* Have atleast 1-2 years experience in the adult online biz.
* Make biz relations
* Run my sig on webmaster boards (some sigwhoring :) )
* Bring up new ideas
* Be a partner and friend :)


Starting salery will not be more than 100 $ per week this month. But I am not a cheap ass, so if you know what you are doing and are doing it well, you will be rewarded. Since this is a part time, you can continue doing whatever you do now. And you will also be able to use some of your ref links on my tgp's and blogs.

I posted in a thread earlier with someone looking for work at 100 per week! And I got 4 emails from different guys with a good resumé. So I know there are folks out there.

There is no THAT KIND OF JOB! That list is not something I need done this month. If it was that I would agree, but it aint. For all I know 15 mins of work everyday will be MORE than enough if you know this stuff.

2. Even at 4 hours per work worth a day,multiplied by 7 days ,the hundred dollars your paying a week against the workload done doesnt do anything but suck your budget.

And to the rest of you smartasses: I'm not looking for superman here. Who CAN NOT run a bloody tgp and do some submitting? So if you update the tgp's one day (20 mins of work) and then submit the other day (20 mins of work) 100 $ additional to your own money would be good! And AS I SAID, if you do a good job I have no problem paying you more the next month. And then I talk about someone with LESS than 20k posts and a little less experience!

i dont want to hire anyone willing to work for $100 a week... it means that person hasnt figured out how to make $100/week on his own...

for $100 a week youll have to train the person how to do those things correctly.

I don't think I would share any ideas on how to grow a program if I was on $3k per month full time "Sales rep" job. That would require a salary of a typical "marketing director" or whatever you call it...

anyway, good luck, but since many people "jumped on you" on that $100 per week, maybe it means that that in fact is a problem.

That is not up to me. If they want to make 5 galleries per month, and submit them a couple of times, I think we could talk about 20 mins a day YES.

Im not looking for someone to grow a program! They dont have to know shit about programs! But tgp's and some design would be great.

Nah... I have someone who will get the job unless I find someone better. I will always look for the "perfect" worker.
