I am the same lately it's been 3.am and up at 7.am, I did have a good schedule going but lately just can't sleep.

guess i'll try the milk thing seein how i am tryin to stay away from narcs. keep a few valiums around just in case, but havent halfed one in about 3-4 months, don't wanna puss out so easy.
