has godaddy's customer support always been complete shit?
 

i recently bought a domain which ended up being on godaddy, during the push the domain somehow got hung up in between myself and the seller. after 6 emails, and a phonecall, they still are completely useless in making any progress. i am ready to completely loose it on some poor godaddy call center bitch. god damn...
