How does one get rating sites started?
 

Sites like ratemybody.com etc...

I want to start a new rating site and can bring traffic to it but how does one get a bunch of people to start submitting pics of themselves to get it going?

Nobody will if they get to the site and see no pics.

Any advice is appretiated.
