i'd have to say she's at fault for cheating and has to go, however you too are at fault for invading her privacy. which is the larger offense, i don't know. to say that you had reasonable cause to believe she was cheating on you, and that might sway the majority in your favor. maybe your distrust in the relationship was the initial cause of the affair. however, i think if you have any cause to disbelieve her in the first regarding her loyalty, you're probably just further off leaving her at that point anyhow.

Well here's how I see it; I had a partner in the past sneaking in my email without finding anything that would comfirm his paranoid obsessions. We talked about it, worked it out and then it was fine. Later that partner cheated on me. We discussed, and I dumped him.

The moral would be; I can understand someone being insecure to some level, but that does not excuse his gesture. A guy who cant control his dick and is likely to bring me diseases, that I cannot deal with. So I'd say cheating is worse then sneaking in emails.

p.s. I also realize that the most paranoid guys/girls always seem to be the ones that are more likely to cheat since they project on their partner what they WOULD do and hide from them...

I think that if a man has any doubts as to what his woman is up to, I think it's 100% ok to dig around. If you're in a relationship, then a woman should have no problem with her man digging around.
