recommend blogging sw w/ photo-gallery option/plugin..?
 

hey all, i know little to nothing about 'blogging' software and the like, but am wanting to set up a little site for personal use to update during my travels and post photos on for friends and family to peruse... this isn't for commercial use so i'd like to find something free or cheap if possible.

can anyone recommend a fairly easy script/package that would fit this bill? something that could be updated (and have pictures uploaded to) via the browser would be great, i have some server space (vhost) that is SQL ready i can use. any pointer or recommendation would be most appreciated friends... hope all find the new year better than last..!
