investors

i need a serious investor for a project i want to start up. i have a very lucrative offer in exchange, or can offer a 150%+ return rate on it. i want to do everything legitamately so we'd need paperwork, lawyers, etc. if things do not work i will give you a full refund as well. i dont really think offers get better than that. email me if you are serious or want to hear more details.

[email protected]

it would be an expansion on my traffic generating part. that's all i will reveal publicly on the board.

InsaneMidget 07-23-2002 11:57 PM

If you can give a full refund, why do you need investors if you are so sure this will all work?

Doesn't make sense.

EscortBiz 07-24-2002 12:07 AM

how much do you need?

because when i spend my own cash i always slack off for a bit, or i just dont work well. when i use someone else's, i give myself a deadline and i work a lot harder. gives me an incentive. i guess i have problems :winkwink:

amount - $10k

pr0 07-24-2002 12:26 AM

I am willing to invest up to $25.00 USD if there is in fact a 150% return.

Sounds better than the stock market right now.

Jon 07-24-2002 12:28 AM

lets not even bring up the stock market.... touchy subject

Give me your $10k as a security deposit on the $10k I'm going to Loan you.

That will enable you to do the job without slacking because you are using MY money.

Then once you give me my 150% return I will give you your security deposit back.

Chew on that and email me in the morning:winkwink:

What's your estimated time to pay out 150%?

Mr.Fiction 07-24-2002 01:15 AM

sounds very fishy. saying that you'll only work hard for other people's money isn't exactly confidence-inspiring imo.

if this is a .com project, you'll need at least $450 million.

d0se 07-24-2002 06:17 AM

That is exactly my thoughts as well. If you can't be inspired and work well all the time, then I would not want you as a partner. If this is an issue I would suggest you find more expiring work, I use to be a janitor, try that for a while and you will respect anything after that:) :warning

NiteChatDotTV

Pay little attention to these naysayers.

If the money is for your site the http://www.nitechat.tv good luck.
That looked like a really nice site, with a good future.

I have just a few words of advice, next time ask for 100k or even a million.

People who only have 10k to invest are going to watch you like a hawk, and basically become your partner. Often times, your new venture maybe their first investment in a start-up or their only current investment. In short, it is not worth receiving small amounts of investment capital. Unless the money is from a friend of family member who basically GIVES you the money to start with. Besides, 10k will barely cover your legal fees, banking, and time.

People with 100k or a million to invest are going to be far more helpful. They have other investments and business to do, they are successful and have contacts you can use. You also need to a decent amount of money that will give your new venture a favorable chance at success.

If you are serious, take out an ad in your local paper. I'm sure plenty of people will call and ask you about your project. There are plenty of people with lots of cash and nothing to do with it, you just need a good biz plan and a nice dog and pony show.

I believe you can do it.

Now this is the very important part.

When you get that chunk of cash I ask for only 5 %, as opposed to my standard 10%. This amount is my venture placement fee.

I accept US tender or certified check drawn on a U.S. bank.

A pleasure advising you on your new venture formation.

Thanks,
