After watching all of the videos linked here, and on YouTube... I am going to declare that Saddam is not dead. I have yet to see a video of his neck actually being stretched. The videos I have seen all look at the floor when he supposedly been hanged and the videos are shaky, piss poor quality at that.

They remind me of the landing on the moon. And the videos for that (which have been proven to be fake) were 1000s of times better than these. And the supposed landing on the moon was many years ago, when video and television was in its infancy. Times have changed since then by quite a little bit. We have cameras that can let you count the number of public hairs on a twat.

Yes, yes, I know, they have a body. But whose body? In some countries, you can purchase a recently deceased body for a few hundred dollars in bribes to the right people. We know that he had at least half a dozen lookalikes that he used, how many more could there be out there. And after all, we are talking about the middle east, where like China, they all look the same. Ever try to tell the waitresses in a Chinese restaurant apart? Its not easy sometimes.

Could this be yet another desperate attempt by Bush to salvage his failing presidency and his pathetic poll ratings? He has don't plenty of desperate things in an attempt to accomplish both of these things over the years, knowing him, its hard to believe that he wouldn't go to the length of murder to accomplish that.

So until they prove it more convincingly, Saddam isn't dead.

There are 4 main forms of hanging.

Short or no drop hanging = the prisoner drops just a few inches, and their suspended body weight and physical struggling causes the noose to tighten, normally resulting in death by strangulation

Suspension hanging = lifted into the air using a crane or other mechanism. Death is caused in the same way as with short drop hanging

Standard drop hanging = 4-6 feet, which may or may not break their neck.

measured or long drop hanging = the distance the person falls when the trapdoors open is calculated according to the weight and physique of the person and is designed to break the neck.

looked real to me .. one thing a tad suspicious to me is the placing of the hood around saddam's neck.. doesn't make any sense.. i would think evenn if only a tiny bit its going to protect the neck.. if you slipped a metal band in the cloth it would protect the neck quite well. The video released so far was so poor its hard to know anything for sure..

A few things that stand out as "NOT" a fake is the fact there were so many people watching.. If they were faking someones death they certainly wouldnt let a dude with a camera phone in , nor would they have so many people present
