Well first off the chance of a man getting HIV from unprotected vaginal sex with a women is quite a bit lower than a woman getting it from a man. Unless you have open wounds on your penis that is. HIV is transmited through fluids and presumably there was no real exchange of such.

Always a possibility, but very, very low I believe.

If your condoms keep breaking, learn how to properly put them on. Start by making sure all the air is out of the little cap at the end by pinching it when you put it on.

Then make sure she's properly lubricated before going in or while you're fucking her.

Those 2 steps will pretty much prevent 90% of all your condom breaking problems.

Did the condom broke in a way of exposing your dick or was it just a hole? I guess there's always a risk for you to contract something in that case, I'd at least take a good shower right after and wait 3-4 months to get a test done. What I'd be worried for the most though is weather you got her pregnant...

If she has something, chances of you getting it are close to 100%. But the only shit you need to worry about is HPV (warts), HSV1/HSV2 (herpes), and HIV. Those are all permanent. Everything else like gonorrhea, syphilis, and chlamydia can be cured easily.

oh, the condom is probably breaking because you're putting it on wrong. Remember to always "pinch an inch."
