It will make no difference what so ever to the situation in Iraq, it will give a few an excuse to carry on killing but they do not need that.

My solution is to give him a complete pardon 20 billion dollars and tell him to carry on ruling Iraq, he was doing a much better job of it than the present mob.

It will be interesting to see what happens over there when his neck snaps

A few more heads will get a bullet in protest - then Iraq will return to "normality" and the usual level of killing. There is a far bigger problem than Saddam.
