I love them too...chaz is great, but this morning I couldn't access anything dwhs untill you guys posted and I have a paysite on the server too so I dunno I can't have people not being able to access the paysite...right?

I figured that much. The problem isn't your host, it is the links you have up . . .that counter slows you down too

then you could have two problems . . . however, if they resolved it in a timely manner, what more can you ask for?

How can I contact dwhs when they will only take support tickets not my phone calls...but the only way to put in a support ticket is to access the site through the control panel...well I can't acceess the site throught the control panel because the sites are down and I can't access the dwhs main site either. :1orglaugh Is that what you mean?

Poor planning on their part I would say. Toll free telephone numbers should be available.

Either that, or host their control panel elsewhere.

They have a number but you can't call toll free from canada and the direct number they aren't in when I need help and when I did call before they told me to put in a ticket not call and someone would take care of it.


I'm not bashing DWHS, they are good...sorry if it came off like that. I know I wasn't the only one not able to connect this morning and I was just looking for some options. Thanks for everyone posting their hosts :)

OC3! I've been using OC3 for over a year now, never had a problem with them.

Sorry ketchup there was an issue this morning but we got it cleaned up. Someone was dos attacking the server and manged to overload and slow things down. Sorry it's rare but sometimes stuff happens. Just want to be honest with you. We did secure everything now and added some additional security in case they come back. I'm sure you will be fine now.
