Can someone tell me what kind of scripts these sites use?
 

I'm looking for scripts like these sites use

they link to a place they uploaded the file but still have their header image or whatever on top

example:

where can I find these scripts?

they are called frames, i know they arent used often anymore, but they are still around.

still seems like a massive leak that wouldnt do any good though.

I did a search on PIVOT CMS in google and came up with this

yeah, it looks to be Pivot for the second link, you can do the same VERY easily with Wordpress though, and probably a little better
