Ars Byot
 

I am thinking of making one of those byot [build your own tour]tours fromars

I have a couple questions for people who use them:

1. will anyone want to promote them for 30$ per signup? [do you think the 5 $ difference will make people promote normal ars sites as usual and not sell byot sites?]

2.what niche would you want most to promote out of the available ars byot niches?

1) can you make it fresh and converting? if you can make a tour that converts better than the current ones, I'm sure people would use it. (getting it approved might be a whole different matter).

2) pick what you know best, if you know the niche/niches the tour will be a lot better :)

its a great idea and i would love to promote some fresh well designed tours.

but as it is right now byot doesnt look good at all.

designer hosts the tour, and well you can imagine the fun this is gonna cause after things get rolling. then you have the small % of flat out cheaters who will wait till they have tons of traffic on their tour and redirect it somewhere else hoping webmasters don't change their linking codes when ars reports the tours getting deleted in 48 hours.

BYOT is ingenious--it puts into play another segment of our biz--the graphics design guys who aren't much into traffic generation. This lets them focus on honing their conversion skills and making money from those guys who know how to work traffic.

I wonder if they have some kind protection against this happening.. very good point FlyingIguana
