Whats the deal with public pictures?
 

I have a photographer who wants to sell me some really good wet t-shirt and nude beach shots. Of course he has no releases. Can they be sold since they where in public when the picture was taken?

Man, there has already been lawsuits over this type of deal, need I say more. No license, no deal and no sale. Don't be a sucker.:BangBang:

I'd save some of the revenue for lawsuits.
