FACT: The 35 second wait period between posts is USELESS because this
 

forum is so fucking slow, it takes that long just to reload the page. You have to wait that long anyway.

It will be good if it will be reduced generaly but for contest will be 2 minutes delay.

I think it is useless because even though it says wait 35 seconds, I still hit SUBMIT like 20 times in that time period watching the clock go down.....

I'd prefer 10-15 seconds but if that slows it down ever more then 35 it is.

It's been very slow here these past two days.. :(

That's not good...

it should go back to 35 second each time, that would teach people not to try 20 times :winkwink:

(or at the very least, there should be some penalty for refreshing often, like 10 second get added to the time each time someone refreshes... wouldn't take long at all to implement, and would probably speed up the board a bit)
