Another suggestion is turn that site into more than a pure landing page...

ie; a blog (celeb blob about popular Seans...) When those celebs or their agents find them (yes they Google themselves), with a big FAT 'Domain 4 Sale" link on it on a sidebar or something to that effect. It may help move it for a much higher price than you're seeking now.

Just a thought, then again it could be a blurry one as it's Saturday and I just woke up a few hours ago :)..
