Im having big trouble there too, some of my domains have expired and I badly need to renew them but I have lost my registerfly password due to a hdd crash, when I try to use their retrive password function it just keeps telling me my email adress is not on file, wtf? I get reminder emails all the time, it must be on file. Iv'e emailed support 4 times the last week, no answer yet

absolut idiots. i have paid for domain renewals and they let them expire, cockheads. few days of talking with support to get things works as it have to be.

I'm so fucking pissed at registerfly. I got about 40 something domains with them. I'm trying to move them all to a new registar now. I renewed 16 of my domains 2 weeks ago, 3 are now expired but have been paid for.

When I check the status on the renewals this is all it says:
"Submitted to queue for batch processing. If the name is already expired it will take around 24 hours to be processed."

Ive been on the phone with these asswipes everyday for the last week waiting 1hr 1/2 each time, just to get someone that cant speak English worth a fuck. Each time they say there having problems and they sent in a manual request to renew the domains. So far only two of the domains have been renewed. I hope this shit gets fixed soon :mad:

I used to use RegisterFly to. I switched to namecheap and don't regret it for one second. RegisterFly sucks bigtime lately. :321GFY

I did get an email back from them about 3 weeks ago that stated "our batch processing script is down at the moment, no time frame for when it will be back up"

I'm moving all my domains to namecheap. I did have to hunt down a EPP codes in order to transfer them from registerfly to name cheap. I got the EPP codes and now there in process of transferring to namecheap.

Registerfly what a joke...

I had a few domains be "expired" for almost 30 days before their renewal system kicked in. Wasn't a good time.. stay farrr away from registerfly.

you have gotten BETTER support than I have - they don't answer my emails and hang up the phone on me, and I'm the one who owes THEM money at this point... not easy to pay them the 10 bucks I owe them when they don't answer the phone.:mad:
