To make a long story short, they let some "pending" charges hangout all holiday weekend and dropped them on my acct today.

Wells Fargo isnt that great. I just started an auto loan with them, they called me 1 day after the payment was due very nasty. Oddly enough, it was their mistake not mine, but calling 1 day after the FIRST payment is due all nasty like? The kicker is I work with them closely and sent them about 1 mil a month is business. So I agree with you Lenny, Fuck them :)

Yea wells fargo did that to use to. Thats why we switched all our accounts to a local bank. Ford Credit was that way too. If the check wasnt there by the day it was due they started calling the next day yelling. WTF where are our rights? I mean jeez sometimes the mail is late

I asked the banker lady, 'you taking a lot of these calls today?'

she sighed and muttered '..yeah...'

Well they don't charge any monthly banking fees which is more than I can say for any aussie banks / some US banks. Phone service is 24/7, better than BOA at least. Apart from that can't say much more!
