Tax refund if I'm outside USA?
Is it possible to ask for tax refund at the end of year if I have tons of domains (or large hosting bills) bought in USA, and I'm not citizen nor living in USA?
I'm not familiar with the tax system there... |

Yes... You claim the costs on your income tax statement and submit your income tax statement to the proper office in your country.
But you don't get it from the US unless you are a Right Wing dictator trying to stay in power |

That is true. All you need to be is a permenant resident paying income tax. |
You just need a social and lots of illegals still have the legal socials that got years ago.

if you buy someting in the UK its X GBP INCLUDING (!) VAT if you buy something in the USA its X US$ EXCLUDING (!) VAT and youll be billed sales tax on the tab So buying a domain with a non US address automatically gets you no salestax aka no refund If you ever bought a 99 dollar cents burrito and wondered why you had to pay 1 dollar 15 at the register, well this is the reason :) |
