Macbook and 360 [Share Internet]
My macbook is connected to our internet via WiFi (to our Linksys Router). I am trying to share the internet with my Xbox 360 via the built-in ethernet port. I have had no success.
I tried: Sharing > Internet > (selected Built-In Ethernet) and clicked start. So it is trying to share it. And on the xbox 360 I have it set to automatic and I have even tried setting to manual with the following settings: (192.168.1.93 / 255.255.255.0 / 192.168.1.1 ) I don't know what I am doing wrong any help will be much appreciated. Thanks! |
log into your router and see if the XBox is shown as being connected. Might have to turn off the firewall in the router to let the XBox connect.
