Anyone familiar with Autolinks?

Hi guys,

On Friday I started using Autolinks Pro on 18and19.com (a NN teen site) and everything has been working beautifully until tonight when I noticed that the script had stopped updating a few hours ago (!!!). This all happened when I wasn't even online, so I know it couldn't have been anything I did. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what could be wrong and/or what I could do to get it working and updating properly again? You can either reply here or email me at [email protected].

Thank you sooo much,
Cassie

Hi Cassie, have you updated the database lately? I don't know if this will help or not, but I use Auto Gallery Pro on one of my sites and the same thing happened once to me. I updated the database and everything's been fine since then. Just a thought. :)

I never heard of that script but you could try to reboot the server and maybe that'll restart it

autolinks is a good script, i'm not sure about the current version, but previous versions would only update your links once a day.

I use Autolinks Pro 2.0 and you can set it to update your links as often as you like. I have mine set at 15 minutes. It was updating fine until sometime today. Argh!

You can get the script at http://www.scriptscenter.com/autolinks/

ARGH!!! That particular site is on a virtual account with Cologroup (bsd80) and they say they can't reboot. WTF! Why would they not be able to reboot?????? God this is driving me crazy tonight.

YAY! Problem solved thanks to COLOGROUP! I fucking love them. Their tech guy actually looked through another company's source code, found the problem, and fixed it! YAY! Ok, now I can go to sleep now, lol :)
