I'm owed $5K from Varadox Grroup (not dialer minutes so cut the crap)
I have a legit claim and already "traying" to run the case trhough a incaso company
It has taken too long now so I'm offering $2000 USD to whoever that can collect the money, no questions asked.
Buttom line. You collect $5K, send me $3K and you legally earned $2K yourself.

Do you have a judgement against him? You can get a collection agency to do a garnishee on his assets. If he has no assets it can be very hard in Canada...There is none of that sending the Sherriff in to get the TV stuff there.

I don't know Equifax.
Hells Angels and Bandidos take 55% no matter if you are friends or not. so that is the last option
I will offcourse pass the debt along if the collectiong part takes too long.
