I'm going the same route as you with the Westin bed seeing as how I've slept on them many times and know how comfortable they are. However I'm having trouble locating a local outlet which sells them. What store/chain did you pick yours up at?

I am not A1rek, but the mattress is a pillowtop mattress set by Simmons with 900 individual coils.

Check your local area, simmons have stores everywhere.

Spring Air Four Seasons is a fabulous choice, if you get the pillowtop with the wool/silk flip sides, you're sleeping on the same mattress they have in the suites at the Four Seasons hotels.

You can search the posted questions to see if your mattress has been asked about. You can ask questions and the "host" will answer you quickly (if he has not recently addressed the same question).

I learned more reading this site than anything else. The guy who gives advice also sells mattresses, but I found exactly what I wanted at a local store. Depending upon where you live, shipping is free (from that guy).

Good luck! Mattress buying was a lot more complicated than I had imagined. The bastard mattress making companies change the names all the time so it becomes very difficult to compare apples to apples. Ask the expert and he will answer your questions! And, he is good!
