Having worked at a global software company, I have ultimate respect for support staff.
Having said that I enjoyed seeing them getting one of these idiots on the phone 2 mins before clocking off time and they know they're going to be on the phone for another 45 mins. lol. |

That conversation is precisely why I turned down requests in the past to work telephone support.
I told them, I will go to their homes or offices to fix it, but no way am I going to try and talk someone through it. |
