If you can't even make your own text in your designs what kind of sponsor are you?

If you want to run a program and can't even do that your not worth promoting and people should know.

That's not the point, the point is when program owners do something like this they WILL screw their webmasters sooner or later so people should know. :2 cents:

They are not very trust worthy and webmasters should be aware.

ummm, I would say that is a pretty big leap there. From using the same text to screwing their webmasters.

You know, there are a lot of template legal forms out there, and in fact, there are legal practice guides that encourage you to just copy what they write.

Point is, you don't know if Duke Dollars copied theirs from someone else. Not saying they did, it is all pretty generic stuff.

That first one looks like the default text that came with the script.

The second one you have one sentence that is the same out of all that text? How the hell did you happen to notice that?

First of all, as far as i know Duke made the text himself. I agree with you on the second one, they seem to have only copied that first sentence.
For the free hosting page their wholle TOS is exactly the same as that one of Dukes:

It just simply that i wouldn't trust any sponsor who just copies a TOS or whatever for their own use. They also seem to have used EXACTLY the same text on gallery templates as Duke, just changed the name. Now tell me, honestly, would YOU signup with a sponsor like that? I know i wouldn't. I see it more like this: "If a sponsor doesn't take any time, nor creativity in even writing their own text then what could i expect of them? Nothing. If they have the balls to just browse someones program and copy paste text for their own use then what does that tell me? That they are not very trust worthy"
The least they could have done was ASK Duke if they could use his text and TOS.
