to the left at the top is exactly where i have a link to my site, the center is exactly where i have text (notice the font, exactly the same) to the right is my top list. I found it looking for keyword specific words based on my site. Its amazing he would have high ranking with no content on the site. Not to mention, "domains by proxy." Sounds fishy to me..

The layout structure is indeed the same and it seems like he indeed copied your text but i don't think you have enough base to shut him down and on top of that the site is not operational so i wouldn't waste any time on it and let it go. But hey, that's just my :2 cents:

Ok the layout is a bit the same I agree, but other than that I have seen way more worse/obvious copies.

Btw what about all those free sites using an alphabet, should we have them taken down as they obvious copied us ;)

As is stated before, he has the same site structure and copied text but that's it. Nothing to get to exited about.... it's not even operational so i would just let it go instead of wasting time on it.
If you are not looking to shut him down then don't start a thread with "Rip or not", gets people to think you are asking for advice to try and shut it down or not.
You asked for an opinion and i gave you mine..... you may not be happy with it but that's what you get sometimes when you ask for an opinion :)

People say to me all the time, "they rip you because you're stuff works."
If this is what sucess means and at every turn there is someone right there to bum your ideas, theme, layout, I'd rather be flipping burgers. sometimes this industry can really suck. There is never a day when you can sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labor.. You constantly have to have your feelers out there. You seriously need a counter intelligence division within your company to stay ahead of the curve, or even keep where you are at. And thats a damn shame.

In my expert oppinion, your shots are clean. I ran through the video rushes and was able to conclude the fifth circular pic does have an impelling resemblence to a frame in the la gals film of her being teabagged choking on his cock.
