manage dns from snapnames

i've bought some domains with snapnames, but for manage dns i must spend other money ? Is not possible move the domain under another register ?

Yes you can if they are 60+ days registered. But the move will also cost you in most cases.

With most registrars you can manage it for free, i use regiserfly and namecheap and both have it for free.
