All I can say is if a couple more huge companies come up as cooking the books all hell is going to break loose.

I really don't know how much more of a hit investors confidence can take but I wouldn't be surprised if its right at that breaking point now.

how many of them use arthur anderson? that will pretty much sum things up as the ones to look into more.

Based on current P/E and past financial history: 5000 or lower. I don't see tech being "hot" again until at least 2006 My bet is the Dow may hit 5000 faster if the real estate bubble bursts in 3-5 years.
