All I can say is if a couple more huge companies come up as cooking the books all hell is going to break loose.
I really don't know how much more of a hit investors confidence can take but I wouldn't be surprised if its right at that breaking point now.Comment

Based on current P/E and past financial history: 5000 or lower. I don't see tech being "hot" again until at least 2006 My bet is the Dow may hit 5000 faster if the real estate bubble bursts in 3-5 years.
