Why do people delete link trades?
I really don't get people looking for link trades and then deleting recips after some time...
|
To steal traffic in the hope that you do not notice, or your site is not sending enough traffic, or you site is undesireable
|
Either they are idiots or your trade is shit.
|
on one blog , i lost the db , used the backup blaba and such and long story sjhort had to restart sometimes its a fuckup

yup idiots your the prod is horrible |
well after a longer period of time its acceptable, not?
like after 2 years or so? |
if the dude was fucking my wife on my birthday - i would delete the trade. :2 cents:
|
i run linkex, and i find that i wind up deleting close to if not over half of the links that get stuck in there. sometimes i don't really quality test my exchanges for a one or more. i notice the list growing so i do some surfing, find that the majority of what i have in there blatantly ignored the restrictions i placed in my exchange rules, so they get the axe.

i hate people who delete hard link trades...
unless it's due to a fuckup or sale of website this just sucks... |
usually i only suspend those links and e-mail them. but i don't really get what is their plan: do they really think that would pass unnoticed?
people have to make a difference between traffic links and links for improving link popularity. that's two totally different subjects... |
i delink on link trades only
- if the prod is really low, like, incredibly low - lost contact with the trade partner |
Sometimes webmasters MOVE their link back to a spot thats buried or otherwise invisible to the surfer... Thats grounds for deletion. :2 cents:
