CCbill affiliate error: Form Error Invalid account/subaccount number

Anyone else getting this problem when someone is trying to sign up o your affiliate programs? Found out this page seems to be down, but CCbill can't fix it until hours from now when programmers come in. Sucks!!

Apparently it's not just us so check your sign up pages!

Looks like this problem is be linked to the main subaccount(0000) for the account being deactivated. This will will only affect accounts with account grouping enabled. The problem can be corrected by our programmers when the come in or by just having the main account reactivated by our policy review team.

I have advised the supervisor coming in of the situation so that this will get corrected as soon as possible.

Ok, I'm pretty sure you're talking about a webmaster signing up to an affiliate program, but I just want to be 100% sure... we're not talking about consumer signup forms, right?

Yes that is correct. This is only for webmaster signups to to become an affiliate. This has not affected customer signups or tracking of sales for existing affiliates.
