So What Is Everyone Doing Christmas Day ?
 

I am spending Christmas Eve down in Northern New South Wales with the girlfriend's daughters grandmother and then so have to drive 2 hours back to Brisbane at "sparrows fart" to pick up my 2 grommets and then to my mother's place for Christmas breakfast then drop my 2 back to their mother and her boyfriend for lunchtime.

Then drop girlfriend's daughter with her father for the rest of the day.

Then rest.

As it should be ;-)

My mom is having angioplasty tomorrow, so we're not sure yet.

Usual Aussie style. Day before Crissy Day BBQ & beer. Christmas day full traditional lunch & dinner. Then eating leftovers on Boxing day while watching the boxing day test & the Sydney to Hobart + more beer.

Family time in upstate NY on a 40 acre sprawling estate (My sister's joint).

Should be nice and relaxing.

Chilling on the beach... Being very newly single, the reflection and solitude will be nice I think.

Jealous.... That's what I was doing over in St. Maarten last year...

That's cool. My dad actually dressed as Santa once. Somehow he came off looking less like Santa and more like a villain from "Batman"

Same here. Mom and Dad are in Zürich at my brothers. Sister is off with her hubby and kid and his family so I am going to watch football and actually take a day off.

I hope your mom will be ok.

Sleeping in! I'm going to let the wife open gifts the night before, then go over to my brother's and watch the nephews open theirs at like lunchtime.

im gonna take my new range rover for a drive to the rice patties to get my wife's name changed on her ID card

My first xmas in thailand, woot woot, got dinner with some buddies and im gonna make my rounds around town to drop off some gifts to others.

If by "some gifts" you mean "your baby-making seed" I'll be playing Santa this year, too. :thumbsup

Buddy i will be in the middle. I have spent the last 26 of them at either sydney or hobart. Now i am in the middle. The day looks like a mediochre one after my 2 yo opens his presents!:)

My younger brother lives with me, and we can't cook so we're going to my mums house for dinner with her and my step dad. Chill out there for a couple of hours then come back home and prepare my house for all my friends coming round for a party :)

christmas eve at night, going to the in laws for a christmas party they throw for friends and family.

christmas morning, going to the in laws for breakfast, then back home and probably to nap for a little bit. then, christmas evening, back to the in laws for dinner.

so.. yep.. spending it with my fiance's family. :)

my mother hasn't even called me this month, but i'm going to dinner with my father and his girlfriend on the 23rd.

Heading to Sudbury, about 5 hours north around 6 am tomorrow.

So we can have Christmas with the whole family.

doing the opening of presants in the morning. then packing all the kids into the car and going all over to different family members houses droping off presants and letting then kids open them and cooking a 19 lb turkey that day as well woot

I am cooking my first turkey on Sunday for some friends who are coming over then on Monday I am going around to visit friends.

Im goin to Rosalias shindig on Sunday & then Monday glued to the tube for the Cowboys/Eagles game :)

Prolly MSN & Call family & friends back home & laugh it up some.
