Hi ! Would anybody knows host with : Disc space 10 aprox 10G, Bandwidth 20 GIG , CGI, SSH, UNIX, PERL,DOMAIN NAMES with own IP address for aprox 100$

or maybe worked with http://www.rackshack.net/ They have cheap dedic aprox 99$ but it is locked now. Do I have alternative?
