PayPal now accepts ePassporte virtual VISA
 

If you try to add an ePassporte card to your account, it'll now add it as an "Expanded Use Card". You can add it, then log into your ePassporte, instantly get the 4-digit code you need off the Transaction list, enter that code in PayPal, and VOILA! All done in one minute!

Not exactly. PayPal doesn't allow you to "load" from a credit card like ePassporte does. You can only "load" PayPal from a bank account.

What you can use the PayPal-with-ePassporte for is to pay at places where they accept PayPal but not ePassporte (which are many places!).

yes you can load epassporte using your debit card provided by paypal.

however you cant load your paypal using epassporte's visa.

I've tried adding my epassporte card to my paypal account a few times and also a few minutes ago and it always gets denied (when I use the virtual card. When I use the electron card # I get

"You have entered an invalid number or partial credit card or debit card number. Please check your entry and try again."

It's not missing anything or typed wrong. Who knows.

i used my paypal debit card to load my epass for the first time when i opened my account, and use it all the time, now with this new shit, i don't need to pay some stingy asshole 10% just to accept a payment and click a button to send a payment, god that pisses me off

Perhaps things are different in your neck of the woods, I have been loading my Paypal account via CC for 5 years.

You're able to transfer funds from your credit card in to your Paypal account and keep them there until you're ready to spend them at a later date?

not in canada , US Paypal Accounts can load from CC but not Canadian Accounts. .. they can only load from a Bank Account

I'm pretty sure I could when I first signed up with Paypal, but right now they only allow me to load the account with a bank account.

I can still pay someone via CC so I'm not really sure what the benefit of loading in advance would be (apart from money laundering)
