Sales reps needed for video feeds.
 

As you all know i now have a fully functional video streaming enviroment which is completely ready to be resold to adult websites.


I need sales reps who will work off comission only. i am willing to pay 5% recurring for all business generated from these people.

So, if you sign up a big player you will get 5% from that company for as long as they use our product.


Http://broadband.fasti.net is the site which will be promoted and there are demo/samples online to help you move the product.

Anything else you need to get the sales/close them will be provided.

We could work something out but getting 5% for as long as the client is a member of our services seems to be pretty good no? A couple of the people i asked seemed to think it was not too bad but let me know if you think otherwise..

Like i said, i have some room to move for ppl who can close.

5% of what? what does your average sale bring in? you may consider giving your would-be sales folks a larger piece of the first month, like 50%, and then settle on the 5% for recurring.

or, you may just want to advertise.

To be a bit helpful, and not sarcastic, here is a model for referral $$$ that has worked the best in the past.

Pay:

5% for a name and a number which closes in the future.
10% for a deal you work together on.
15% for a deal brought to you.

This way, guys can throw you names, and make a little, or work the deal and make more.

I'd do 50% of the first month + 5% recurring. Would that bring you some of you on board for selling this?

We add 2-3 DVD's per week which should make it an easy sell as the content is always fresh and there is lots of it, with lots more coming.

If I were you, I'd get your website so that it comes up :) I tried hitting it from my dsl, cable, and wireless and they all came up with dns error :(

Are you still getting DNS errors?

Should be working, i was doing some work on one of the servers last night (primary DNS machine) so maybe you just caught it at the wrong time.


Surely some of you are interested in selling this product but it is just that the price isnt right for you. Well, Let me know what the right price is to get you on-board selling this stuff.


What is fair to offer someone, based on commission and no salary.

You need to fix your sig so that the link works...about the pay:

most people in this industry make a salary plus those types of commissions that you are offering. Since you are not offering any sort of base salary, I would suggest that you raise the percentage of commission. I would recommend going with 50% for first month and 10-15% recurring.

5% is not bad at all if your shit works...
We get 1% Bonus from the Casino I work and its enough to get 1-2K a month extra from the salary.

And yes, there are still DNS errors

If this was placed on the right site it could make a lot of money for both the sales reps and websites as the retention would increase because of the amount of content linked in to their site.


The fact that the website can link to each DVD from its own site, thus giving it the appearence of having lots of content on their server, or they can link to our menu.

the websites can even set what streaming rate their members will have access to, so if they want just the 56k and 100k and not the 200k stream they can.

It's a winner, just a matter of getting it out there now.

As for what i have online, i got 11 DVDS broken down into 10 min clips, encoded with mpeg4 and stored in a QT wrapper.

I got a couple more HDD's on order and we'll start adding more dvds again.
